My order has been dispatched but has not arrived, where is it?
It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the times stated in the information below. If your order has not arrived and has been shipped using Standard Royal Mail inland or airmail service, Please do not contact us until a minimum of 10 days (UK) / 21 days (overseas) have passed. We will then be able to assist you.

By 2nd class Standard Mail within the UK
Unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer a tracking number on this service so we are unable to provide a tracking number for your package. We usually expect items sent by Standard Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK to arrive within 2 to 4 daysfrom shipment. However, if after 10 days from the shipping date the package has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.

If the details have been provided correctly, we can declare the item lost and issue a replacement order to you, please be aware that the Royal Mail may contact you to confirm non receipt when a claim is made.
In order to rectify the non-delivery of your goods, we will take the following action:

In order to get the missing items to you, a replacement will be sent.
If the item you originally ordered is no longer available a full refund will be issued via paypal.

By Royal Mail Airmail
Unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer a tracking number on this service so we are unable to provide a tracking number for your package We expect Airmail deliveries to reach most destinations within the guidelines listed under shipping below. However, if after 21 days the package has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.
If the details have been provided correctly, we can declare the item lost and issue a replacement order to you, please be aware that the Royal Mail may contact you to confirm non receipt when a claim is made.

How can I return incorrect or damaged item?
Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be damaged, you can return them to the following address;-

Please enclose a note quoting your order number / paypal transaction number and specifying your delivery name & address so that a replacement can be re-sent to you.

How do I cancel my order?
Please note that we try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and in most cases the same day as receipt (Mon-Fri) therefore if you wish to cancel an order please Telephone us immediately after placing any order, if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order and any unwanted items will have to be returned to us, we are unable to refund the postage costs if this situation arises.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Where possible we aim to process all orders the same day (Mon-Fri only), if received before 2pm UK Time, Occasionally this may not be possible due to the amount of orders we receive. Items will then be despatched next working day.

Can I Order an item as a gift for a friend/relative?
Yes this is possible we would recommend where possible you do this by Telephoning us, if you would prefer to do it online please ensure you send us an e-mail with the delivery details you require the item to go to as soon as you place your order, also please include your name / postcode.

In the event your order is shipped by carrier, you will receive an email stating the tracking number of the consignment and details of the carrier concerned.

We try to keep our site as up to date as possible, however occasionally items can be sold out, if one of the items you order is sold out / or the quantity you require is unavailable we will either issue a full refund by paypal or e-mail you to ask if there is an alternative item you would like as a replacement.

Subscriptions are available on our website by the Paypal Recurring Payment scheme where you are charged in the manner of a direct debit, for a single issue once every 2 months unless cancelled by yourself directly with PayPal from your own account.

In the event that PKG Publishing Ltd no longer offers a printed magazine option all print subscribers will be offered alternative options to complete their subscription cycle or a partial refund will be negotiated.

Subscriptions may also be purchased by telephone and will be for 6 issues.

Subscription renewals
Subscriptions automatically cease on receipt of the last issue of the paid for subscription. We do however send out 2 subscription reminders informing you of the expiry of your subscription and a 3rd reminder after your subscription has expired. Renewals are only actioned upon notification / payment from the customer. If you would like to opt out from receiving renewal notifications please inform us by email.

Cancellations and Refunds

Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our customer care team in writing (see contact details below).

For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.

Incorrect Addresses

We will not be responsible if you fail to receive your order because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address.

All prices listed on our site are displayed in UK Pounds. All overseas orders will be charged in UK Pounds then converted to their respective currencies based on current exchange rates.

Please be aware that prices displayed in your shopping bag are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order.
All prices on are for online purchases only and may differ when buying from us at shows/events.

All online payment is done through Paypal or Stripe, when you checkout you will be taken to the relevant page where you can log on to your account. If you don’t already have an account there is an option to pay directly by all major credit & debit cards or via your bank account without having to set-up a Paypal or Stripe account.

If you wish to order without using Paypal or Stripe you will need to telephone us with your Credit/Debit card details or post your order to us with payment by UK Cheque/Postal Order. Any cash sent is sent at your own risk!

Magazines inclusive of postage are currently zero rated in the UK.

Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that “PKG Publishing Ltd” has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

International Shipping
